Please Note: As a courtesy to our patients, our billing team will verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment. However, an insurance verification is only an estimate of coverage and is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Patients are ultimately responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances not covered by their insurance provider.

In cases where insurance does not cover the entire evaluation, we accept check or credit card payments.
